This year it was our partners’ Scotch brands that led the charge of over 350 Scotch whiskies at the 2018 International Spirits Challenge (ISC).
Pearse Irish Whiskey

The Pearse Lyons Distillery in Dublin, is a boutique distillery featuring two unique copper stills, nestled in the sanctuary of the restored St James Church.
These stills produce our range of small-batch whiskeys; Pearse Irish Whiskey. The whiskey produced at the Distillery uses our own yeast cultivated in-house and is aged in top-quality barrels sourced from our sister distillery; Town Branch Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky. Non-chill filtered and bottled at its natural colour, our whiskey is distilled with passion and inspired by tradition.
